Liver Transplant, Liver Disease in Obesity, Non alcoholic steatohepatitis, Alcoholic Liver Disease, Toxic and Autoimmune Liver disease, Acute Liver Failure, Refractory ascites, Hepato-renal Syndrome. Cirrhosis of liver, ascites, Portal hypertension, Liver Disease in Pregnancy.

 


Research Interests:

Newer treatments for viral B and C hepatitis. Prevention and Treatment of Post-transplant Hepatitis C. Non Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH), Spectrum of autoimmune hepatitis, Cryptogenic Cirrhosis, Obesity and liver disease, Bioartificial liver support system, Portal hypertension.

Efficacy of extended use of Pegylated Interferon plus Ribavirin in post transplant hepatitis C.
Histologic Spectrum of Cryptogenic Cirrhosis.

Autoimmune Hepatitis in Fifth and Sixth decades
