Mission/Vision:
The hotline was established in 1988 to provide consultation and referral for health professionals and lay public related to HIV and sexually transmitted diseases. Callers are given anonymous counseling, referral for testing and treatment as needed. Support group information is also available for callers.
Specifics about activity:
Hotline is staffed 24/7 by health professionals, nurses, pharmacists and physicians. They answer questions ranging from cause, prevention and treatment of all sexually transmitted diseases.
