Carol Newlon, PhD, Professor and Chair of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics, has been elected to the American Association for the Advancement of Science and is now a fellow of the organization. She is the first faculty member at NJMS to receive this honor. Clothing Drive for Boarder Babies Crosses Continents

Dorian Wilson During her OB/GYN rotation, fourth-year student Suzi Bentley developed an interest in not just a potential career path but in a good cause as well. While spending time in the nursery, Bentley met several "boarder babies," newborns waiting to enter the state's foster care system. When she learned that the babies, some of them premature, often left the hospital swaddled in adult-sized t-shirts, she single-handedly organized a clothing drive for the babies .... Read More
