Clinical Genetic Services at the
Center
for Human and Molecular Genetics
The
IGM Center for Human and Molecular Genetics provides genetic counseling,
newborn screening and outreach services to New Jersey hospitals.
We provide evaluation and patient information for prenatal and postnatal
diagnosis in pediatrics and obstetrics and adult onset disorders
including heritable forms of cancer. We also support specialty clinics
for neurofibromatosis, autism, cranial facial disorders, sickle
cell disease, hemophilia, cystic fibrosis and muscular dystrophy. Our
professional medical staff includes four board-certified clinical
geneticist, five board-certified genetic counselors, one health
educator and two social workers.
