DNA Banking
BACKGROUND: DNA isolated from blood or other tissue is purified and cryogenically preserved so that material for future genetic analysis is readily available. A signed informed consent (see next page) acknowledging voluntary participation in DNA banking is required. A single fee will be charged for service. SAMPLE REQUIREMENTS: Blood: Two 5 ml purple top (EDTA) vacutainers of whole blood inverted several times to mix. Forward within 48 hours at room temperature.
Payment must be in the form of a Check, Money order or provide Institutional Account established through IGM. We do not provide third party billing to insurance companies.
