Molecular Oncology - BIOC N5100

The course will review the molecular basis of carcinogenesis. The metabolism of cancer cells and changes in genes and gene transcription in cancer will be considered. Biochemical aspects of cancer chemotherapy will be discussed. The course will conclude with strategies for cancer prevention.
