Question 1: What should I do when I can’t find a faculty/resident name on the evaluation?
Email your course coordinator and mention the name of a faculty/resident that is missing in the list.

Question 2: I finished filling up the evaluation and I still can’t view my grades.
The grades will need to be release by the course coordinator. It is also possible that the grades have not been entered in the system.

Question 3: I get an error message “You don’t have rights to access this application.”
This is a time out message. Close all windows that are related to EMS. You will need to login to the portal again.

Question 4: Where can I go to access my grades?
Login to https://my.umdnj.edu/cp/home/displaylogin on your home page it displays all your courses, select a course, click on Grading

Question 5: Where can I go to do the lottery and view the site assignment?
Login to https://my.umdnj.edu/cp/home/displaylogin on your home page select a course, click on Lottery & Site assignments

Question 6: Where can I go to fill up the evaluation?
Login to https://my.umdnj.edu/cp/home/displaylogin on your home page select a course, click on Evaluation/Survey

Question 7: I submitted my evaluation and I realize that I wanted to change my responses, is that an option?
No, once you have submitted your evaluation you will not be able to see and access it. However, if it’s a peer evaluation (1st and 2nd years) you can go back and change your responses until you click on Finish button, then evaluation will be inaccessible for modification.

Question 8: Are evaluations anonymous?
Yes, except peer evaluation for the first and second year students
