Oligonucleotides are synthesized on the Applied Biosystems 394 DNA/RNA Synthesizer. Oligonucleotides sequences can be produced up to 150 nucleotides in length at various synthesis scales which produce up to milligram quantities of high-quality Oligonucleotides for use as primers, probes or other applications. The synthesized oligonucleotides can be purified by Oligonucleotides Purification Cartridge(OPC). Specialized nucleotides can be added to the sequences as well as labeling of the oligos with fluorescent or other derivatives.
The NJMS-MRF synthesizes oligonucleotides at the following scales: 200 nmole, 1 µmole. Our delivery time is 1 to 2 working days for the 200-nmole scale for the synthesis of up to 50 bases. Long oligos (up to 150 mers) and a wide variety of modified oligos and doped oligos are available.
