As part of The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, NJMS has clearly stated policies to protect the rights of postdocs.
The UMDNJ Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA), under the direction of the UMDNJ Vice President for Research and Dean of the Graduate School, Dr. Kathleen Scotto, is responsible for reviewing policies regarding postdoctoral education and financial support, and for tracking the progress of postdoctoral education and development.
