Flow Billing Policies:
Cancellations: Must be made 24 hr in advance � no charge.
Cancellations: Less than 24 hr � charge ½ of reserved time unless time is taken by another user. (Subject to discretion of flow facility staff for unavoidable cancellations.)
No-shows: Billed for entire time booked.
Late: Discretion of flow facility staff.
Billing done by ¼ hr with minimum charges:
ImageStream 1 hr
Calibur 30 min (includes clean)
LSRII 30 min (includes clean)
Sort 1 hr plus set-up
Imagestream: Initial consultation and analysis at no charge.
